  Ingredients:
naga Samba rava - 300 gm Tomato - 200 gm
Red dhall - 2 tbsp Mint - 1 bunch
Bengal dhall - 2 tbsp Coriander - 1 bunch
Pasi paruppu - 2 tbsp Green chilly - 6
Mysore dhall - 2 tbsp Lemon - 1
Chilly powder - 1 tbsp Ginger - 2 pinch
Turmeric powder - ½ tbsp Garlic - 10 pieces
Masala powder - 1 tbsp Ghee - 4 tbsp
Curd - 1 cup Salt - 3 tbsp
    Onion - 200 gm Mutton - 250 gm
Preparation:
Steam the mutton separately. Steam four type of dhall for 15 minutes then steam naga samba rava for 1 minute.
In a heat pan fry onion, ginger garlic paste, tomato, coriander, mint, chilly power, turmeric power, lemon juice, curd, salt boil this for 10 minutes. Then add steamed dhal, mutton to masala paste in low flame. Add onion pachadi before serve.
