| SAMBA SOOJI MASALA VADA |

Ingredients : |
| naga Samba rava - 200 gm |
Salt - to need |
| Whole black gram - 100 gm |
Chilli - 2 |
| Onion - 3 |
| Ginger - small piece |
| Garlic - 5 |
| Fennel- 2 pinch |
| Garam masala - 2 pinch |
| Curry leaves - to need |
| Oil - to need |

| Preparation : |
soak the urad dal /skinned black gram for 3 hours. Chop the onion, chili and the green leaves. Add Black gram dal to a mixer jar. Add half a table spoon of onion pieces, 2 chillies, ginger, and salt.
Grind the items into a coarse paste. Add chopped onions, chili, green leaves, , soda and salt to the ground mixture. Mix. Heat oil for deep frying in a kadai. Drop a dal-sized ball to the oil.Keep the heat to medium.
When the color of a masala vada changes, flip it.
When both the sides turn to light golden brown. Enjoy hot Samba sooji Masala Vadas with steaming hot tea or south Indian decoction coffee.
