BIRD'S NEST
  Ingredients :
naga Maida - 500 gm Curry leaves - for seasoning
Oil - to need Garam masala - 1 tbsp
Salt - to need
Semia - to need
Potato - 1 cup
Onion - 1
Chilli - 2 cup
Jinger - ½
Garlic - ½
 
Preparation :
Put naga maida into a bowl and add little salt and water and make a thin batter. Cook the potatos till soft. Remove the skin and mash it. Chop the onion. In a kadai, put a table spoon of oil. When it is hot add the chopped onions and try well. When it is transperant add the ginger garlic paste and fry for a while. Then add chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt and mix well. Remove from fire. To this fill the masala and close the cup and gently form a oval shaped ball. Finish all the mashed potatoes like this. In a kadai pour the oil. In a plate spread the vermicelli. Take one potato ball and dip into maida batter and roll it on to the vermicelli so that the ball is covered fully with vermicelli. Deep fry in hot oil till golden brown. It will look like a birds nest.
